Climate changes

    The earth has changed a lot of times in it's life, and there is outside change witch is naturel and very slwow .I t's caused by the earth moving in the space ; I mean every few thounsand years , the earth changes it's orbit around the sun as aresult we had diferent ages in the history of the planet ,like ice age,dinozort age ...etc.
 

   However,there is an inside change witch is caused by human;for exampl we are puting more carbon into our atmosphere everyday, consequently earth is getting warmer and much of earth's ice is melting,this  new water is going into the sea ,so the sea level is geting higher .
 

   These changes are hapening now and they will bring problems for the future,meanwhile climate change can bring  immidiate danger to people all over the world like hurricanes,floods,heat weaves and drought,i mean touble in  weather.
 

Consequently,i think it's very important to know what is happining to our planet ,what did the sienticts find about climat change,also the gouvernements what did they law to stop pollution , and withoutdoubt  how we can participate to save our planet, and we have to think about our children ; they need a good quality of life

My name is Zineb Djelfaoui , I'm from Algeria , Iwant to write about advantages of change my change i mean moving a way from home to study.

Of course it's very hard to  be away from my family, and i'm very busy now; but it was an oportinity to discover and build myself.

So, I'm an agricutural ingneer my speciality is srahran agriculture , I've worked at manengement of agricultural services in my town Ouargla since 1995, And i occuped several position, But most of them like an adminostrator:Iwrote administrate letters also i went to reunions...ect.
I had a lot of free time but in the otherside i was not satisfide, Because i love my speciality, and i have wanted to to do some thechnical things.

Also, I felt, I needed to do some thing different, I was thirsty to learn and i needed just to find my way,I needed to change.

Last year in march 8 i had the opertonity to went for 24 days  to souther Korea to have a leadership training, And it gave me exactly the working tools for what i wanted to do; And when i'm back the director asked me to a new folder " the local initiative project comitee"  and i steal  the head of this comitee until now.

It's about a big project that the Gouvernement prepared to preserve and  cultivate oasis (the oasis is a cultivate land in the desert).

But farmers, didn't want to participate in this new project; So i have to explaine and convince them about it's importance; I visited them three times a week , And farms are far about 2-3 hours driving, I orgonized also awarness days, So it was very hard .

But,  I'm very fullfiled, About what i'm doing and i feel i'm useful; As an administrator i had a lot of time to lose with my friends at the office; But now i participate to develop projects involving saharan agriculture, The second highest economic resource of Algeria after oil.
